Rice Cream Liqueur


Rice was grown in Benicasim for almost 30 years. The land under cultivation comprised 2,698 hectares. In 1971, rice cultivation ended in the Benicasim area. We cannot forget the great importance of rice during those years and above all the role it played in times of scarcity.

This liqueur is a tribute to the farmers of Benicasim who dedicated themselves to the cultivation of rice.

Carmelitano Cream of Rice li queur is white, bright and creamy. The nose has a pleasant and powerful aroma, with aromas of cinnamon and a soft alcoholic touch. The palate is sweet, very soft and round, with notes of milk and cinnamon; with a long and persistent aftertaste.

It can be taken alone or with ice. We recommend serving it very cold.
