71 Vodka is a Premium vodka, flavored type, 40 proof, obtained by double distillation in traditional copper stills, in small batches of 500 liters.
\nMade with the purest alcohol, water is also a fundamental part of our distillate. The water used in its production is very pure, soft, balanced and of high quality, from the rich natural spring of Fuente en Segures, in Benassal (Castell\u00f3n); internationally awarded water. Finally, the wine is double filtered. All this, to guarantee its quality, purity and exclusivity.
\nIt is a vodka produced by Carmelitano distilleries in Benicasim, Castell\u00f3n. The name of the brand comes from the number of kilometers from the spring to our distillery.
\nWe do not want to reveal the botanicals used, which make up its secret formula and give it a Mediterranean citrus touch.<\/p>\n

The final product is very transparent, where Mediterranean citrus aromas and flavors (lemon leaf, orange blossom) stand out; it is dry, friendly, tasty, long and persistent, with a pleasant creaminess, and with a very clean finish.<\/p>\n

Perfect serve fresh 71<\/h2>\n

In a chilled glass, measure 5 cl. of vodka 71 well chilled and 20 cl. of soda.
\nIt is especially recommended for vodka tonic, although it also mixes perfectly with lemon as a cocktail.
\nWe will use classic tonic and fresh lemon peel oil to perfume the glass.
\nIdeal to drink on its own, very cold, with ice or as an ingredient in a cocktail.
\nIt pairs perfectly with fresh dates, steak tartare, tuna tartare, beef carpaccio and blue or very cured cheeses.<\/p>\n
